Another Supreme Court backstab against the American people: 6-3 ruling opens door for bogus "LGBT discrimination" lawsuits against businesses
🐂 Bullshit 💩
Only Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, and Clarence Thomas dissented.
What's going on with Neil Gorsuch (Trump appointee) and his recent spate of defections to the left? Where's the loyalty to the Constitution, rule of law, and the American people against the far-left?
In another major black eye for conservatives, Gorsuch wrote for the majority, equating LGBT status with biological gender under Title VII (a gross contradiction of basic biology).
Unbelievably disappointing! We have to get 4 more years or the SC will be lost forever :(
It isn't lost forever already?
Gorsuch has been bought
What's worse is that this ruling paves the way for the far-left sodomite lobby to launch an onslaught of bogus lawsuits against Christian businesses, probably bankrupting them while far-left Big Business takes their market share. Crap like this is exactly what Trump vowed to prevent as part of his campaign platform.
This ruling is a dark day for America, another assault on the First Amendment and the right to consciencious objection based on religious belief.
How is he supposed to prevent anything if the so-called "conservatives" he has to rely on keep stabbing us in the back?
Ben Shapiro supported gorsuch. Should tell you everything
The gay mafia sends their regards.
Good ruling. There should be no discrimination toward ANY person, including people you happen to dislike.
So a cake-maker doesn't have to bake a cake for a gay couple according to SCOTUS but an employer can't exert their religious beliefs on sexual orientation, which defies basic biology. Got it.
What about all the Christian businesses that will face a major assault on their deeply-held religious convictions under penalty of being sued into Chapter 11?
If I own, operate, and fund my own business, all the while paying shit loads of taxes, should I not be able to hire, fire, or serve whoever I want? Do you understand this is NOT FREEDOM.
Except if you're a straight white male. Gotcha.
Let's look at just one of the cases that was ruled on. A county hired a guy. Later, he comes out as gay. They got complaints from the community. As in, a whole county who didn't want their leaders to promote homosexuality. So, you'd rather discriminate against all of them, no matter how many thousands of people, than this one guy. You're discriminating either way, genius.
