I’ve tried statistics and verifiable evidence to try and convince them but no matter how much proof I’ll throw at them they ignore it. There has to be a better way to get them to see reason

In a Facebook comment I wrote "can you believe Trump once said he didn't want his kids going to school im a desegregated racial jungle". Once my left leaning "friend" started commenting about how racist Trump is, I let her know Biden actually said that, linked the article and asked her why she's supporting an open racist. We started messaging and I'm slowly dropping red pills and encouraging her to research her candidate a little more. The tactic of saying "can you believe Trump said/did....." and then revealing the truth after they react has been working for me with a lot of people. I'm basically getting them to tell me how wrong something is so that they can't defend it when I tell them the truth.
