When hiring, I don’t give two shits if you’re male, female, have tons of weird plumbing, are black, white, purple, green, 20 fuckin’ arms - can you do the job successfully without micromanagement? That’s what matters. Equal opportunity does not guarantee equal outcomes is lost on them and the fact that Daquantice (who decided he would rather record himself with marbles in his mouth to post on Soundcloud than attend school) can’t get a job is now an injustice.
