The coronavirus pandemic has also highlighted the challenges to mental health that many Americans face, made worse by isolation, social distancing, and uncertainty. In general, stigma about mental illness, such as depression, has kept countless individuals from getting the help they need.
If every other demograph gets a week, then men must get a week too. Whether or not they "need" it (although they definitely do) is irrelevant. Hold leftists to their own "standards" and don't fall into their trap of not humanising men.
It's a combination of the two. Therapists are raging leftists for the most part, but even if they find one who is based, men still absolutely face the societal stigma of "men who need to see a therapist are pathetic wimps and likely mass shooters!"
I've been in therapy on and off since I was 7 due to several PTSD events. I've come in contact with many overtly religious therapist more than blatantly leftist therapists. One therapist told me that I could pray my bipolar and CTE away. Another liked to tell me what people in my past were actually "angels sent from God".
This outlook is annoying to hear because I'm not religious, but spiritual, and I think therapist shouldn't bring politics or religion into their offices.
So true. My nerves are worn a bit, but good lord just tell a leftist that you didn't wear a mask going to the gas station and they will hate you even more than I thought possible! And they think they're the level heads in this thing!
I didn't even know it was men's health week.
Thank you Trump.
And all we get is a week. Everyone else gets months.
We don't need a month, we're stronger. We're men.
Stop with the macho shit, dude. It's doesn't help the guys who are suffering and it doesn't help their kids.
We don’t even need a week. It sounds like weak. Which we are not.

Yes, my point.
