Not exactly. They took "emergency usage" overrides off the table. Doctors CAN still write Rxs for it, but the benefit of the emergency usage was that it would override blue state leadership that banned the drug usage due to extreme TDS.
This really scares me. Frankly, I think the wuhan virus is mostly a joke and all the numbers have been vastly inflated and there’s no reason to make a big deal about it. The one thing that scares me, though, is that if one of my parents or siblings were to get it and end up being one of the unlucky few to have it go bad, they can’t get the medication because of the state we live in. I’ve seen the stories of people dying after having their prescription rejected by pharmacies. It’s sick that these blue state governors are willing to throw away lives like this. A lot of the people who died didn’t need to.

It's not so much brainwashing, the scary part is being in a blue state, knowing it'll cure whatever it is, and being told it's not permitted. .
