If ‘progressives’ really thought Trump was satan and everything they do was really for their ‘movement’, they’d let Trump take the reigns, let America fall horribly, and then swoop in with their left wing populist agenda.

But they know Trump is going to do well in his second term. So well, in fact, it’ll crush the democrats for decades. They can’t let it happen, which is why these ‘anti-swamp’ people are so willing to cozy up to their establishment.
