I have seen pictures of holes in the new fence. The traffickers just cut through it. We need a better fence. And if you say the fence's job is to slow people down so that they can be apprehended: then why didn't they stop them while they were cutting a hole in it? This sure took an hour at least and must have been noisy as they cut through three steel bars filled with concrete.
