When I was locked up (people make mistakes,I learned from mine), the way it went was, hispanics and "paisa"(non english or bad english speaking,usually illegals) were a coalition and had an alliance with whites only when needed. Whites had coalition with Asians. Blacks had no alliances.
Blacks and hispanics always had beef,always.

At least they acknowledged this a bit back in the day (15+ years ago) when the NYPD had to set up a few of those Eye-In-The-Sky surveillance pods because the joggers were traveling into the predominantly Hispanic areas and jumping all different types of people (teens, adults, old folks).
Nowadays I’m not sure who the ultimate victim is to the liberals so I can’t tell what they would do.
