The Edomites didn't become the Etruscans. Also, the Etruscans were separate from the Romans. The Etruscans dominated over the Latin Tribes, but that domination period ended. The Romans did borrow from the Etruscans, then eventually conquered them. Neither the Romans nor the Etruscans are connected to the Edomites.
The Christian Church began in Jerusalem, and was founded by Jews. The original Christians were Jews. They eventually included non-Jews into their mix. Christianity did not evolve from Edomite religion. It evolved/descended from Judaism. Hence, "Judeo Christianity" or "Judeo Christians" as the proper terms for Christians.
From the Christian Church in Jerusalem, Christianity spread outward. The Church in Rome is but one of the Patriarchies that stood up as a result of the spread of Christianity.
