Well, if a gay or a trans person insists on being a priest in an evangelical church, I don't know how it would work. Similarly, would I be able to go to a Gay and Lesbian center and say: "Hey, I'm an evangelist christian who believes you're all sinful and marriage is between a man and a woman. Give me a job or I'll prosecute you for discriminating against me based on my religion."

No one's done that yet. Maybe they should. What do you think would happen? I doubt he'll get the job.

Thing is though, these kind of protections make employers paranoid. If I can hire a black guy or a white guy.... if I hire the black guy I meet the diversity quota. But if he sucks at his job, it will be a nightmare to fire him because of all the lawsuits he might push. The white guy doesn't help me with the quota. But I could fire him for anything and there's not a damn thing he can do about it.

Who gets the job?
