As his father is Kenyan, they could have applied for Kenyan citizenship for him. BUT that registration would not have occured on his actual day of birth. That's stupid bullshit.

Third: the ONLY possible argument that Barack could not be naturally born is if his american mother had him while under 18....and that's still quite a stretch. There's a belief that if under 18, her husband would have been he legal guardian... blah blah blah. It still wouldnt make sense bc if a child is lost overseas, or their parent dies and they no longer have any American family, the USA would still take them back.
