Cops also had an astounding response time of like 90 seconds. Imagine what would have happened if they were defunded... dude would have probably just driven away.
The Broward County High School shooter just went to get Subway afterwords, but that could just be because the MK ULTRA programming tends to get loopy after the mission is completed.
