Anyone else live in a county offering $10 food voucher for people to go get tested? Incredibly, we now have over 150 new cases when last week our county was close to zero.

The latest push for shutting it all down is well underway. Of course, the articles weaving the story mention how not wearing masks is evil (paraphrase).

we need an outright ban on masks if not in a purely medical setting. or at least a ban on making them mandatory in places. it should be 100% CHOICE, not up to local government or a shop owner

Well a shop owner has the right to require it. This is still America, and they should be allowed to make stupid decisions; we can then choose to not give them any business. As far as a legal requirement to use it, that's total bullshit and should not be tolerated.

It's totally logical and normal for cases to go up as testing increases. I would only be wary of what kind of personal information they're trying to get from you.

I won’t be getting tested. I have no symptoms.

There is only one logical conclusion, they are trying to reverse the reopening process. They believe the increases in cases will create more fear and hysteria, local and state govt will need to put in new restrictions, and ultimately shut it all down again.

I have serious doubts of the accuracy of the testing. Paying people to go get tested? These people have no symptoms, they just want the $10 or they somehow think getting tested is going to help the community.

These will be traded at half value by addicts. Right along side their food stamps.
