How does anyone prove what gender (___) is if gender isn't dependent on biology?
What's to stop anyone from being so gender fluid that () is male at work, female to use the bathroom, queer at a bar, androgynous at the supermarket and transbi while working the street? Would there be any sort of check on that or can that person change genders 10 times a day depending on where () is and what activity (____) is doing?
I've thought of another weird scenario...what if a biological male decides to be his step child's "mom" while dealing with the child's school but "dad" at sporting events, androgynous at work but fluid submissive feminine at home? How would the court determine discrimination?
