At the risk of attracting downvotes, I'm actually OK with making it illegal to fire someone for their sexuality. Firing on the basis of sexuality is arbitrary and capricious in the world where, as consenting adults, we are free to engage or not engage in sexual relationships with other consenting adults, and we should not be at risk of losing our livelihoods for exercising a freedom.

However, I have a massive problem with trannies included in this. Transsexuals are insane. They deserve compassion and treatment, but not validation. If we validate insanity, we might as well give up on society as a whole, because if women can be men, men can be animals, and animals can be attack helicopters, then nothing makes sense and no structure is sound.

SCOTUS essentially validated transsexuals' insanity in the eyes of the law.
