I was fired for being spotted at a Tea Party rally back in 2009. Got a lawyer and was basically told there's not much I can do because political affiliation is not a protected class. Still threatened my prior employer with a lawyer and got a nice package out of it.
The civil rights act is a disaster. Its a parallel constitution that has more power than the real one. Not only that but did you know that white people have zero civil rights protections. Civil rights laws only applies protected classes which white people are not. This why companies like Goldman Sachs and others can openly do discriminate against straight white gentile men.
