what do you want him to do that's actually within his power. He can't send in the military, that would cause all the "muh states rights" people to flip out. He's trying to fix what the actual bad cops are doing to exacerbate the tense situation between police and the communities all these years and letting the local governments' failures go on full display to everyone. If he steps in to stop it from a federal standpoint it's just going to be used against him. He's trying to show everyone exactly how the liberal Governors and Mayors are hanging their cities out to dry.

Actually he can send in law enforcement to get things back under control. Don't forget he is the commander in chief. And the left have tried a lot of things already and nothing they have done has worked.

THough I do suggest that he gets leaders to start helping enforcing the law more here.

you realize he's making the democratic mayors and governors of these areas look like incompetent fools by doing nothing, right?

what good is that if the Democrat residents of these areas blindly re-elect them?

They already done that themselves. I'm more worried about the people that are trapped in that zone.

What has the left tried exactly? I know in Seattle they have attempted nothing at all other than to order the cops to run away.
