I live with a family of police who could see some positives come from different types of training being available for recruits or any officers really that would want to recieve more certs to make them even more diverse. In Chicago we do not have the money or man power to do these things so if they work out a way to fund these things it wouldn't be a bad thing. Also not required just available. POTUS already said we're not DEFUNDING any thing in fact we will increase funds.
