When I was a pizza delivery driver, our delivery area encompassed two sub-areas. One area was an older part of the city, and the other half was more middle class and up. The majority of the black populace lived in that older part, and the majority of the whites lived in the other half.
Now, we drivers did our best to not discriminate, but we came to find out that if our delivery was in that older part, the odds were very high that we would not get a tip. The majority of our "complaints" (which were really just thinly veiled attempts at getting free food) also came from that section. It was so bad, I recall the store manager once telling me, "You know, before I took this job, I swear I wasn't a racist."
It is worth mentioning that there is one notable exception that lived in the most affluent part of our delivery area. There was this black couple (husband and wife, at least one kid) that was literally a crap shoot as to whether or not you'd get a tip. If the wife answered the door, you were sure to get at least a $5 tip. But if the husband answered...nope, just a door slam to the face for your troubles.

I had one experience where one of the men came and apologized to me for his family afterwards. It had been a group of like 15, and they were predictably terrible - everyone was late, ordered as they came in, no tips etc. He tipped for the entire group, apologized and told me you can't pick your family. Violent victimization rates in the U.S. are down 70-80% since the '94 peak. And what you said about victim/offender races is not quite accurate; white Americans ARE violently victimized more by black Americans than the reverse, but white Americans, in turn, victimize Hispanic Americans more than the reverse, and Asian Americans more than the reverse.
And nobody said you "can't talk about" or "point out" ANYTHING. There were a TOTAL of 5.48M violent incidents in the U.S. in 2018; black Americans committed 21.7% of those acts; that's 1.15M violent acts by black Americans. Even if every single one of those was committed by a DIFFERENT black American, it would STILL only be 2% of the black American population perpetrating the crime. But they weren't all committed by different black Americans; repeat offenders are common. Ergo, a smaller number of perpetrators means a smaller percent of the population.
