When conservatives control the other two branches of government (soon), they need to enact legislation that counters this travesty of a decision. Of course, it will be considered unconstitutional and will be remanded back to SCOTUS to rethink their decision. Hopefully by then we'll have a true conservative in RBG's chair.
I'll withhold judgment until I see him on abortion, 2A, and death penalty. The most recent decision is a pretty plausible textualist interpretation of the statute, which could be modified by congress at any time.

Rush wonders if Gorsuch is being intimidated by what happened to Kavanaugh. All I know is Conservatives are going to continue to lose our team leaders if we don't back them up in a fight. It's time to seriously defend anyone who gets into trouble who is a Conservative. We like to rant and moan about Leftists on Social Media, but it needs to take a step father. It's important not to get out of sorts over one judicial decision. I am sure you will find even Scalia and Thomas occasionally made decisions conservatives didn't like. Focus on the big picture.
Interesting how Dem SCOTUS nominees never are suprise originalists, but GOP nominees are frequently Surprise Warren Burgers, etc
