There was a town in Missouri that had a problem resident of long standing. Eventually he was shot dead in broad daylight on main street as he sat in his truck. The thirty or so witnesses maintain to this day they saw nothing. Manhattan isn't a community. They rely solely on the police. Good Luck idiots.
