Cops need to get the fuck out of there. Lots of towns and communities need quality cops. And they will respect and appreciate them.

Perhaps. Depends on the cop. But I imagine most of them leaving and willing to work in smaller locales are going to be the ones we need.

it kind of makes sense when you think about it. what kind of person is going to be willing to go into a profession that will more than likely see them using violence and authority against people but will also come with the covey of being very dangerous for only 40K a year?

the only people who really go into that or people who don't do it so much for the money but for the power and ability to commit acts of violence without repercussions

people are attracted to certain jobs based on those kinds of qualities. now I'm not saying all cops are bad. like you said plenty of them are good. but if you create a job that involves pushing down nails then the majority of people that apply to it are going to be people who like hammers..

the good cops should go where they're appreciated and leave the bad ones in the Democrat shitholes. we can do that by having all the red States drastically increase their standards for hiring cops just to the point that good people like you could be hired but the bad cops from Democrat cities wouldn't be able to. so that would be kind of stuck in walled inn

What do you think about Trumps new police reform executive order?
