A low grade terrorism of your own population is one way that Democrats keep control of their population. They use it to reinforce the idea that you are just born into a world that doesn’t suck or you are born into that hellhole. Turning towns into crime ridden hellholes is how they maintain power in one-party shops. They use it to justify more and more funds to feed their beast and gain more power.
