Yes it's really lowest common denominator unfortunately. A good doctor is a good doctor,, a good nurse is a good nurse, but somebody is graduating bottom of the class and still getting through residency. More of them than I'd care to think about overmuch.
What do we expect though? From the time they're little children till they've finally entered their careers, they've been through 2-3 decades of liberal school indoctrination.
Only group of people worse are support persons helping retards in schools.
I say this as a friend of one, and having multiple messed up family members.
The care people are truly crazy and borderline evil.
