Yes it's really lowest common denominator unfortunately. A good doctor is a good doctor,, a good nurse is a good nurse, but somebody is graduating bottom of the class and still getting through residency. More of them than I'd care to think about overmuch.

What do we expect though? From the time they're little children till they've finally entered their careers, they've been through 2-3 decades of liberal school indoctrination.

Take solace in that some of us are quite resistant to that indoctrination.

You mean just finding a primary care doctor with their own practice?

More complex, they deal direct with patient, typically no insurance, monthly or yearly subscription fee that covers their entire service. More things inside all of that, I can talk more about healthcare on here in a more in-depth post if people want.
