I am very late to Sunday Gunday but I purchased a new holster for my XD .45 subcompact. It's from Aliengear. Arrives this Friday. Very excited to make it my newest carry gun. (media.patriots.win)

For what it is worth, the only problem I have had with heat (in Texas) is sweat on the handle/clip release. Wearing an undershirt/tank top fixed that.

I have never had heat issues with mine other than that. XD Mod.2.

I ditched mine in Florida because it made me sweat like a hog. The paddle smelled like a highschool locker room after a month.

2+ years on my XD one, never had the smell issue. Weird.

Probably because I carry in a tropical pine forest. The humidity is unbearable. I am from Central Texas and I will take that dry heat any day over what we have in Florida
