The article says Iowa is the last state to do this and that the governor wants legistlation passed to codify the order.

Rights would be restored after sentences have been completed and felons would be allowed to vote in federal elections.

So hypothetical here. What would you say if a serial felon (Rape and/or sex crimes) is then allowed to vote on programs that say help victims of sex crimes, or police funding to sex crimes units, etc.

You think these people should have a second chance at voting? Slippery slope and we know what that slope led to when we started allowing LGBT+++++++++++++
