A better way would be to punch them in their faces then ask who you gonna tell? I am just kidding. I would never say that punching some asshole in the face would resolve any dispute especially if they are smaller and weaker than you are.
I personally prefer "blow it out our ass, you communist piece of shit," but yours is good, too.
