it was only a month or so ago that these same cops went after people in parks. chased people off beaches and manhandled people who sat at restaurants and then arrested the owners. these cops are just as liberal as their city officials. I have no sympathy for them.

Sorta, I work with them ( occasionally) deep behind friendly territory. In my experience they are like the rest of the country.fairly evenly divided. The peace officers here aren’t really enforcing. Unfortunately last December I realized the tv I hooked for them was on cnn all day. Hands up don’t shoot is all I could think of. Smh... only bout half weren’t cool. It is Santa Cruz so 50/50 could be worse. Lots of them are basically young adults .
