Why don't cops go in and watch the food preparation?

I mean, seriously. You're law enforcement. It doesn't matter if they close the lobby at 2AM to guests. Knock on the glass and tell them you need to come in. Once you're inside, then tell them you want to place an order.

It's almost always a straight view to the food prep area right above the section where they store all the condiments to the left of the shake/ice cream machine. You should be able to watch the meal being made start to finish.

Current events mean police need to take precautions. If the companies don't cooperate, guess what? Sit right outside their restaurant and ticket every single customer who exits their parking lot.

You watch how fast they learn to cooperate then.

You sir get it. Make the place hell. Unfortunately many franchise owners are connected as hell. And they would stop this.
