There's only so much he can do as President, but he actually did something to answer BLM's demands. Democrats are pissed off because he took the leadership role that Pelosi really wanted. Now Congress is under pressure to produce something that can actually pass instead of loading a bill up with poison pills and then blaming Trump for "neglecting black concerns" when they fail to pass any meaningful reform.
