My university is one of those wanting to lower standards to make stem fields easier for black students. How insulting must that be to need a handicap to pass your classes on top of admissions. Next step will be subsidizing businesses that hire black workers since no one will want an engineer who couldn’t pass calculus fairly.

The UC system of CA just voted to bring affirmative action back. They already had it though, so I’m not sure what it’s going to change. A lot of the UCs also don’t get many black applicants, at least from America. Lots of international blacks.

Less Asians. That's why they implemented it in the first place

They aren’t insulted because they have no shame, only the desire for gibs. Just like females in military combat roles, Ranger School, Q course, etc. These women cannot meet, much less exceed, the standards. But they still act like GI Jane when they know deep down they only passed because some bureaucrats forced them through the pipeline. The military becomes less lethal and less capable, but they don’t care. They’re about themselves, not the country.

It's almost like they hate White people and everything they stand for.

The phrase is that equality is no longer desired, but equity. The push for equal outcome is the emphasis now over equal opportunity.
