Soo....why do people pay property taxes to have their businesses and homes protected if the city just wastes the money and let rioters express themselves by burning down their businesses? People PAY TAXES to the city to protect their well being. The city has an obligation to the citizens to do so because.....THEY PAID THE FUCKING TAXES!
