It is unclear to me if Microsoft or Apple work with CIA. Some of them have been exposed: the previous owner of WaPo explicitly wrote in biography that WaPo and NYT publish fake news for CIA as domestic propaganda. Wikimedia foundation’s female CEO has been exposed by Libyan activists as a CIA agent for quite some time after Libya invasion. One of the Reddit executives they added in recent years also works for CIA but I don’t remember the specific story.
