When I was a kid, I was like, "If I can make a million dollars I'll be completely satisfied!"
Having made much more than a million dollars, I now have a new goal in life: I want to create conditions where other people can make a million dollars.
My most recent idea is to buy land, then do a lease-to-own contract with veterans and others, teaching them how to make money off of agriculture in our modern economy. I want to build a community like this were people with nothing in their name can get a few head of cows, a plot of land, and all the instruction they could dream of to learn how to turn that into a homestead where they own their land outright, no loans whatsoever.
I have other ideas about how we can engage the 15% of the population with ridiculously low IQ levels such that they can support themselves. I don't think city life is right for them, and they certainly can't work on a modern factory floor without getting seriously hurt. Right now, our economy, our society, is brutal to people with low IQs. And that's the reason, I believe, that people are suffering, because guess what? Half the population has below average IQ.
Hmmm, not sure society is brutal to low IQ people, what about diversity officers, HR, CNN analysts, Democrats, tech company CEOs? Plenty of those people make a living just fine on an IQ ranging from 27-49.

Fully grown genetically engineered chickens are mass produced in large factories over a 40 day period. They are known as broiler chickens. For reference, a natural chicken matures over several YEARS.
Your dream would have worked 30 years ago, not today. This is why so many small farms are being priced out of existence.
