“Don’t support broad allegations of misconduct” Yet there are still people out there who believe that he hired Durham to prosecute the same people whom he defends with that statement.

So far zero accountability for all the people at DOJ who railroaded Flynn, and based on that statement I doubt there will ever be. Does Barr not realize what this statement does to the credibility of the DOJ.

There is a good excuse, although it's probably just swamp-rats closing ranks. If DOJ admits prosecuters misconduct it can mean many other cases called into questions where they actually did some justice. Prosecuting killers and terrorists or what not. Not that most of these partisan weasels probably spent much time doing what's good for the american people.
