This culture of breaking the law and FIGHTING with police officers is what needs to be addressed. I don’t agree with capital punishment at all, not even the death penalty, but the notion you can attack an armed officer who is legitimately arresting you is absolutely insane. This is not a BLM issue, it’s a culture issue.
