Political lynching

SquiggyMcPepe 440 points ago +440 / -0

I hope to God he gets a good lawyer. Is there a gofundme for him yet?

487
kalokagathia 487 points ago +487 / -0

GoFundMe will freeze the funds and not distribute them.

192
Oda_nicullah 192 points ago +192 / -0

Why is it that all we have to use for a large platform is google, Reddit, Twitter, gofundme etc???

I understand people have tinkered with other forms but there’s nothing that can stand up to any of those

Why aren’t there alternatives that are just as good or better, why are there so many monopolies?

291
MLGS 291 points ago +291 / -0

When we try to set up alternate platforms, the communists just call up their friends who work for banks and credit card companies and get them kicked off the networks. The absurd lengths that sites like Gab or the Kiwi Farms have to go to just to bring in any money are untenable for most people.

Let's reverse the facts and see what we come up with.

Both cops are black and suspect is white - same scenario. Still think the officer is indicted?

I was shocked how Michael Flynn got away with using PayPal for his defense fund. Not a fanboy although some of our customers frequently use it, but that’s one of the reasons crypto could become paramount in the near future.

Likely because Peter Thiel and company still have considerable influence there

15
Dirk_Diggler 15 points ago +15 / -0

I am not an expert on this subject, but it can't be that hard to start up a money pooling site, can it? Before gofund me, you use to be able to set up accounts at banks that people could put money into, it's got to be easier now, no?

11
joebud 11 points ago +12 / -1

Mastercard, Visa and Paypal will refuse to work with them. Same for banks, the left bully them all.

10
Dictator_Bob 10 points ago +10 / -0

It's not getting the money in, it's getting it out. Even if we use crypto at some point the coin has to be sold. That's likely do-able except then the currency has to be transferred to a US bank. That bank can refuse to do service with you. There are also laundering rules and regs. Ones the we have to follow and they do not.

And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

I had no idea how far along we were. This is why they want to stop cash. Crypto can be halted. Cash, or permanent money like gold/silver, is physically exchanged.

walt 6 points ago +6 / -0

It's been tried. The payment processors cancel the accounts. You're forced to use bitcoin.

Regulations having to do with money can be tricky. Especially across state lines, and doubly so in the case of international donations.

Not insurmountable, but it ain't happening tomorrow. Now, add in the scammers setting up shop, and you have a recipe for short term pain.

10
SquiggyMcPepe 10 points ago +10 / -0

Most likely. Well there is certainly one good side effect of this. We now know all the companies who went all in with the seditious treasonous leadership and are doing their best to destroy the country in any way they can. There is going to be a reckoning for this but we can't pull the trigger till Trump gets his second term or risk losing it all. War sucks but War it is.

17
KeyboardWarrior 17 points ago +17 / -0

If trump doesn't get reelected (GOD Forbid). I predict there will be a civil war in this nation.

56
Dominick 56 points ago +56 / -0

He shouldn't need a good lawyer. This is a clear cut case of self defense. If there's a jury that will convict him then they don't care about the facts or evidence and they sure as shit don't care what any lawyer has to say, lmao. This country is fucked.

43
Oskar 43 points ago +43 / -0

They don't want a conviction. They want an acquittal or a mistrial right before the election so we can have more riots.

Its the same reason they overcharged the cop in Minnesota.

14
stepping_razor123 14 points ago +14 / -0

this! yes they overcharge. The Dems are a cult. The promises and expectations of their cult are meeting reality and like all cults they fall into degeneracy as they can't accept reality. They are attempting to cause all the big cities to burn.

Also part of the Cloward Pliven strategy.

edit: I edited a sentence and added some thoughts.

8
americathegr888 8 points ago +10 / -2

Trump made a big mistake honoring this POS felon Rayshard Brooks IMO. Siding with the criminal who attacked a cop isn't a good look if you're trying to be the law and order President/candidate.

19
SquiggyMcPepe 19 points ago +19 / -0

Well if the jury railroads him then a good lawyer will be able to appeal and hopefully get his trial moved to another state.

-4
CQVFEFE -4 points ago +1 / -5

My question is, since he knew the weapon being pointed at him was his police taser, which is a non-lethal weapon, how does that justify use of lethal force? And, why aren't police provided more variety of non-lethal means of controlling VIOLENT CRIMINALS WITH A CRIMINAL RECORD LONGER THAN THE UNEMPLOYMENT LINE, INCLUDING THREE (3) INSTANCES OF

FELONY CRUELTY

8
stepping_razor123 8 points ago +8 / -0

If the taser knocked him out the drunken felon could take his weapon and kill him. Furthermore the officer sees the perp point something at him, I think at that point one just opens fire.

2
JonahND 2 points ago +2 / -0

A taser can incapacitate a person. Leaving them completely vulnerable to ANYTHING. Those aren't chances I am EVER going to take. Point a taser at me, and I'll point a bullet right back at you.

Jacrispy 50 points ago +50 / -0

His lawyer is Lance LoRusso. He's a top notch police use of force attorney. He's also the lawyer for the six officers that were charged by the same DA the first weekend of the riots.

37
The_Litehaus_Abides 37 points ago +37 / -0

... six officers that were charged by the same DA ...

THIS is why Soros installed D.A.s all over the damn country.

How many years have we been calling on the President to please arrest George Soros. I know I started asking on inauguration day.

Soros is a criminal everywhere he's been on the face of this planet. For the love of God and all that's holy, lock him up!

Good to hear. Now just pray they don't stack the jury. Either way there are going to be riots over it. Gonna be a long long summer as every crazy person around is going to try to bait cops into aggressive actions and no doubt be recorded from multiple angles and deceptively edited so the mob can get a good rage on.

3
Stationhollow 3 points ago +3 / -0

Juries are selected by both the defense and prosecution. They have to both agree on a juror for them to be selected. One side cannot stack the jury without the cooperation of the other.

The officers legal fees will be payed by the IBPO which they are all a part of. If you want to donate or contact his attorney you can go to Lorussolawfirm.net

Hope so, they may as well not even bother rebuilding the Wendy’s until after the trail.

34
SquiggyMcPepe 34 points ago +34 / -0

It was a black owned and operated wendy's too. Yet zero media coverage of that.

10
YouKnowWhatItIs87 10 points ago +10 / -0

Hmm I didn’t know that either. Knew it was a black woman who called the cops. So can’t we just chalk it up to more black on black crime, if they wanna leave out important details, then let’s sum it up as black woman calls in a hit on a black man innocently sleeping in his car.

I refuse to believe most black people are this stupid. I know a bunch of young activists and stuff but the majority have to see through BLM at this point for what it really is right?

7
SecondProtectsFirst 7 points ago +7 / -0

I don’t expect these low IQ protesters to understand how a franchise works. If it’s got a corporate logo, to them it’s evil.

From the 911 call it sure sounded like it was a black employee that called the cops too.

They are not liable for anything that they can argue to have been a judgement decision on their part in the course of their work. He can say that this stupid statement is his opinion. Furthermore, he's an elected official, so going after him for being a dumbass will be a complete shit show, and other politicians of both parties will resist it.

It's like in the movie Rocky 3. Rocky becomes too civilized because he's the champ and he's out doing commercials and photo shoots. Meanwhile Mr. T is training in abandoned warehouses and streets, hardcore, he's hungry and wants the championship. He beats Rocky and gets it, but then Rocky has to get back to his roots and take it back.

Don't count on that lasting forever. Starting to understand why God ordered the Israelites to put some of the conquered towns under the ban.

Remember, THE LITIGATION IS THE PUNISHMENT.

15
CaptainAHab 15 points ago +15 / -0

Day of the trial, the officer sits with his attorney at their table. Looks over to the jury to see 12 black jurors wearing BLM shirts, as they whisper across the courtroom “fry like bacon”...

After both sides give their closings, the jury returns to their room for deliberation. After an extended and heated debate lasting 3 min. and 27 seconds, they come back into the courtroom to convict the officer on all accounts.

Plot twist: because we are hypothetically a year or so in the future, the jury takes it upon themselves to recommend the death penalty we’ll before sentencing. The judge, who does not want to offend any one of the 12 black jurors and fears for his safety, stunningly agrees with their sentencing recommendation and issues an order on the spot granting all 12 jurors’ wish, and further orders that they all are allowed to take part in the execution, if they would like. All 12 accept.

7
Rufus_Shinra 7 points ago +7 / -0

As crazy as this sounds I can totally see it heading this way. Leftist mayors and DAs operate with impunity and use the law as a weapon against whomever they wish. Common citizens are the only ones who can stop this.

need to start using this

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brown_v.United_States(1921)

“Detached reflection cannot be demanded in the presence of an uplifted knife. Therefore, in this Court, at least, it is not a condition of immunity that one in that situation should pause to consider whether a reasonable man might not think it possible to fly with safety or to disable his assailant rather than to kill him.” [2]
