Yes. The charges are unjustified and will no doubt have a chilling effect on police officers nationwide. The suspects behavior completely justified the officer's response with lethal force IMO. I thought that when a post was labeled bullshit it was satire or false. I suppose I may have confused a bullshit post with a regular old shit post???
