I guess you missed the part where he wrestled both police to the ground, through punches at the officers, took the taser from the cop and pointed the taser at the cop.
Oh and they only showed up because he passed out in the drive threw line...and when they showed up and asked him to move, he passed out again. They had to ask him to move again.
