Damn it just sucks for everyone involved in this. Everyone was polite and calm until the black dude just snapped. Only because he was drunk.

Of course you are going to try to explain your way out of a DUI I would do the same. Just sucked he had the impulse to grab the taser and run. Ugh. Cop did what her had to. Heartbreaking.
