Hadn't he resisted arrest? Didn't they put him in the car, and then he got out of it or struggled out of it? I still suspect that it was murder reg. George Floyd, especially due to kneeling on the neck (why not kneel on the shoulder instead, much, much safer?) as well as Floyd and the police officer likely knowing each other already. But restraining him was not without reason, and George Floyd was not a small man and also had a criminal record including robbery and home invasions.

This case reg. Rolfe ought to be thrown out or similar, since they beyond any doubt did not do anything wrong.
