Well, in Atlanta they burnt the Wendy's, so I guess that means us white folks can burn down the catfish place she pulled into. Never cared for catfish anyways. Tastes like pond scum.
A witness said the officer said "Stop! Stop!" before five shots rang out.
Now cops will shoot you dead if your car rolls even an inch (a cop once pulled a gun on me when my car rolled forward an inch), so maybe the girl didn't put in park, lifted the brake, car rolled, and the officer freaked out? And the whole story of weapon is complete BS to cover his ass?
Not true. Claiming you have a gun and will shoot a cop and doing stupid shit with your hands can and will get you shot. And it can be justified.
I want the facts of the case and to understand what happened and why. What he described could easily be a perfectly viable defense. If someone is threatening to kill you with a gun and makes a gesture indicating they intend to do so you don't have to wait until they point and fire.
Unfortunately he apparently didn't have a bodycam, so it's just his word against a corpse. He could make anything up and who's to argue? That's the issue. He could be telling the truth, but he also might not be.
I agree but what do we propose to do? This is how the police operated for over a 100 years. The solution is to have good honest cops. We don't know what happened. I am sure they will investigate.
Personally I believe all cops should have cameras. For their own legal protection.
Deport all third worlders and violent minorities, then cops won't have to act this way.

I mean if all those statements are accurate the cop could very well be justified.
