There are lawful ways to conduct a tax rebellion by reducing taxable events. If we we're organized about it we could make a significant impact. For instance if sales tax is a big revenue generator for Atlanta don't buy shit in Atlanta

IRS can be easier. Max out all pre-tax deductions, start a small business to write off EVERYTHING and report loses for several years. Adjust your lifestyle to have zero taxable income. Tax avoidance is lawful

Restaurant review service. At every meal, take a photo of your food and post a one sentence review. All meals are a cost of doing business. Transport to and from meals, internet service to post content, etc becomes an expense.

Could do the same for fashion or other parts of your life. Eventually everything you used to buy after tax becomes pre-tax and you live free.

I would be careful doing this. If you are not actually making any money the IRS could classify your "business" as a hobby.

If people are genuinely wanting to avoid taxes I would recommend real estate.

I agree with this in concept. What I feel we really need is new trade infrastructure. Amazon for example has ruined us through anti-competitive trade behaviors and our postal system. They have the engineering team to make the best user experience, people get used to this, and ease of access through the post is exceptional.

It's a great product.

I would argue that it needs to be open sourced completely. Or, there needs to be a revamp of the US post guaranteeing other merchants equitable capabilities to Amazon. Or both.

At any rate, I'd love to start seeing a gathering of corporations that haven't sold us out to an organization that blatantly states they want to destroy Western families on their damned website.

Rollover traditional IRAs to Roth IRAs and do not withhold taxes on the event

They are vastly under staffed. They have auditors at the very high end (LB&I) and the very low end (Earned income audits). Middle of the market (SB/SE) is basically unregulated now. If it is something they can't notice you automatically, the chances of you getting caught are tiny. Revenue Officers - maybe there's half there used to be. They are just wicked demoralized.

Now the IRS does do crazy crap. They will assess automatic $10,000 in error for correclty filed Form 3520, 3520A 5471s (foreign reporting forms).

Their software input fields for all the lines to a tax return. So much LOL. They know this and still will issue penalties and assessment based on a stupid program they never fixed.

IRS enforcement is basically a bunch of press releases, an automatic under reporting unit (AUR), and fewer and fewer competent auditors each day. And they too are wicked demoralized too. Some of them are pretty open about it and just don't give a shit.

The IRS is still good at scaring the shit at of sheepish tax "pros." I crack up at how blindly everyone believes these press releases. It is just an echo chamber of press releases. Nothing happens. We have an e campagin to crakc down on "X." That means they had one case and if they had a budget they would defintley go for more.

Many guys looking at indictment never were charged as the IRS lost interest. IRS CID is proud of everything they do -- the just don't do a lot of tax evasion. Seriously, Look at their yearly report. They will mention everything but tax evasion.

But get his, the IRS can't even utilizing it automatic levy and Substitute Filed Return (SFR) units as those automated processes generate too many inbound calls they can not handle.

This DOM could bring down the IRS peacefully with a simple campaign of non-compliance and bogging down the system with crap. All you need to do is load them up with garbage data. There are ways.

For instance, no one actually has to withhold your taxes for you to be entitled to a refund. Someone could just claim they withheld your wages. Phony 941s, W2 and a fraudulent tax return are all that is needed to pull easy 100k scams one after another. Theft is getting into a different area - but you could undermine employer withholding system pretty easily.

If the IRS was good for America, you know China would have come up with a way to destroy it. But China knows the IRS is asshoe. They want the IRS alive as long as possible as they know it is bad for America.

I have asserted this from day 1, if every Republican refused to pay taxes for one year we'd see the entire Deep State quit and every person who voted Democrat would just die of starvation. But too many Republicans are pussies.

I fully agree. The government is supposed to be for the American people. If the government fails its commitments then it is no longer representitive of the American people. The constitution allows Americans to disregard the government who does not put American interests first. I 100% support not paying income or property taxes anymore to a corrupt foreign government. #whitestrike. #taxstrike

I’d like to correct him on one thing. He said taxation without protection is theft. No, taxation without CONSENT is theft.

The mafia or gangs don’t have a right to tax me for protection money that I don’t consent to, and they have no claim on me just because I live in “their turf”.

In medieval times, a lord's first duty was to protect his subjects. If a lord can't even do that, why do his subjects pay taxes and swear fealty to him?

Like how we store our wealth in slips of paper that are backed by a heavily indebted group. O and that group prints slips of paper that make ours worth less every day. Then we have to give them some of our slips of paper to pay for the printing and administration of them printing slips of paper that reduce our papers worth.

Law and Government has to work as a system. In theory, almost everything works, but you have to ask yourself which is better - to be ruled by one tyrant or by three thousand tyrants?

As a nation, we've failed to preserve some key features of the original constitution that actually served a purpose.

1- we lost the state identity by making senators a popular vote just like the representatives.

2- we created a system of pandering by granting universal suffrage with no qualifications

If we hadn't screwed with these 2 things, it wouldn't be nearly as easy for the federal government to get away with the things they currently do.

Italians_Invented_2A 1 point ago +1 / -0

Absolutely!

And it's not just that. The philosophical justification for the State to exist is exactly that, protection. That's what the social contract of Locke is based on.

Like protection is the main function of any government. In fact is most cases its the only legitimate function.

I have always been saying this about the Federal government. They have one job, defend our borders and protect the country. Instead they import half the third world to the US, including those that hate us, and leave our borders undefended.

We'd be better off without a Federal government. The tax burden and inflationary spending a lone is killing us.

1
HockeyMom4Trump 1 point ago +1 / -0

Truth. Here in MN we have so many people getting redistributed taxes. Our tax dollars paid millions to put homeless in hotels, provide SNAP benefits, pay for healthcare, education, housing...much of the recipients take take take and hate America.

You know how Trump is rightly going after NATO/UN countries for not paying their agreed share while meanwhile, benefiting from the full measure of USA's involvement?

Well guess what? We've got the same thing here, except in reverse.

The American people have been faithfully paying their "fair share" while meanwhile, the gov't has been skimping on its responsibilities and duties.

So I'd like to hold the US gov't to task and call them out!

I was telling my brother this a few days ago. He mentioned the chaz and I said that anyone who owns property in chaz needs to file for appeal on their taxes next year and request a pro-rate on any monies due for time when benefits were unable to be received. He works for his city and he said that that the city tax revenue is already causing huge issues due to the lack of commerce.

Can you imagine how hard a city like Seattle that relies on trivial things like tourism and sports events is being hit right now due to covid with all their infrastructure overhead when small self sufficient rural towns are having money problems? If they have a tax rebellion in Seattle, that city will be more fucked than it already is.

I was really close to moving there in my 20s and it was only chance that things turned out with me staying where I am, and I thank god every day that I never did.

I just sent in a request to my board of ed to know HOW MANY illegals I am educating while they raise the school budget 1.2 million dollars this year! Schools closed and they want 1.2 million MORE so I want to know who and what I'm paying for! I told the business admin to blame Dr Fauci n China that I have so much EXTRA time on my hands to go over the budget w a fine toothed comb! I'm gonna bug the shit out of this guy all summer and through the fall until next summer! I will request numbers of illegals every year and request numbers of kids going off to college or trade schools just to aggravate him! ?

3
thisguy883 3 points ago +3 / -0

Please do.

The only reasons Democrats have been getting away with shit, is because people are too busy trying to earn money to feed their family, and don't really pay attention to minor details.

Now forcing everyone to stay home and do nothing ended up backfiring so hard. All that time and energy spent on your job is now being spent on watching what Democrats are doing.

I hope that you, and many more like you, start a movement and force the light on all Democrat fuckery so that the communities can start noticing the literal demon scum they've elected to run things.

THIS. I live in a cali border town and can't send my kids to the public school. None of the kids speak english, and 30% are recorded as "homeless" to get around residency requirements, and bussed across the border every morning. Property taxes just keep going up though!

4
DiscerningSword 4 points ago +4 / -0

Hmmm cant people that are willing and able to work just share with each other.. Instead of exchanging goods and services with money or trade? Can we just share what we want.. Like a big family or group of freinds share things...Keeping track of the sharing fairness in an index of sorts and kicking cheats out of the group to preserve the good of the common pasteur..

All this would all be trust based so entry into a sharing group would be very selective like entry into Hollywood and elite colleges minus all the Rape, bribery and Nepotism ..

4

Thats what Ive been trying to tell TD. Defund the police. Who will enforce taxes? Who will enforce gun laws? How will the swamp make money? They will slither away and die. Leaving only true patriots. Bonds can cover military, infrastructure and anything else. If it is needed that badly people will pay.

With the $1000s youll save in taxes you can pay to have private police who wont shoot your dog.

Speaking of taxes and the IRS,perhaps a tax revolt should have broken out back in the first GWB administration. That was the time frame (2002 ish,) in which it was announced that the Atlanta office of the IRS had paid out millions in "reparations" to black applicants. I seem to recall from the articles I read online at the time that black agents were sending it to their relatives in particular, as they were handling their own relatives' returns. The online news articles treated the people who had applied as victims of a "scam" (there was a spate of speakers going from town to town giving seminars on applying), and the reader could practically hear the sad violins in the background as the one or two applicants chosen to be made an example of were forced to give the money back. Whether those few scapoegoats were the only ones made to disgorge, or the others were quietly allowed to keep their enormous windfall is unknown : The whole story was in and out of the news in a few days. VERY muted response.

Here's all I can find online about this incident

https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-news/ir-02-08.pdf

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/irs-pays-30m-in-slavery-credits/

https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-2002-apr-13-mn-37569-story.html

"Slavery reparations" to people who are not and never were slaves, and who have received so many considerations beyond those accorded to the other citizens of the USA (including the de facto right to riot, loot, and commit wholesale arson with apparent virtual immunity, being above the law) SHOULD trigger a civil war and the permanent split of the USA into separate countries. That would be the least bad alternative IMO.

Before the income tax, the feds got most revenue from tarrifs. Sure hope Trump's got this trick up his sleeve. Imagine what a popular idea that would be to announce during the reelection campaign.
