There are lawful ways to conduct a tax rebellion by reducing taxable events. If we we're organized about it we could make a significant impact. For instance if sales tax is a big revenue generator for Atlanta don't buy shit in Atlanta
IRS can be easier. Max out all pre-tax deductions, start a small business to write off EVERYTHING and report loses for several years. Adjust your lifestyle to have zero taxable income. Tax avoidance is lawful
I agree with this in concept. What I feel we really need is new trade infrastructure. Amazon for example has ruined us through anti-competitive trade behaviors and our postal system. They have the engineering team to make the best user experience, people get used to this, and ease of access through the post is exceptional.
It's a great product.
I would argue that it needs to be open sourced completely. Or, there needs to be a revamp of the US post guaranteeing other merchants equitable capabilities to Amazon. Or both.
At any rate, I'd love to start seeing a gathering of corporations that haven't sold us out to an organization that blatantly states they want to destroy Western families on their damned website.
They are vastly under staffed. They have auditors at the very high end (LB&I) and the very low end (Earned income audits). Middle of the market (SB/SE) is basically unregulated now. If it is something they can't notice you automatically, the chances of you getting caught are tiny. Revenue Officers - maybe there's half there used to be. They are just wicked demoralized.
Now the IRS does do crazy crap. They will assess automatic $10,000 in error for correclty filed Form 3520, 3520A 5471s (foreign reporting forms).
Their software input fields for all the lines to a tax return. So much LOL. They know this and still will issue penalties and assessment based on a stupid program they never fixed.
IRS enforcement is basically a bunch of press releases, an automatic under reporting unit (AUR), and fewer and fewer competent auditors each day. And they too are wicked demoralized too. Some of them are pretty open about it and just don't give a shit.
The IRS is still good at scaring the shit at of sheepish tax "pros." I crack up at how blindly everyone believes these press releases. It is just an echo chamber of press releases. Nothing happens. We have an e campagin to crakc down on "X." That means they had one case and if they had a budget they would defintley go for more.
Many guys looking at indictment never were charged as the IRS lost interest. IRS CID is proud of everything they do -- the just don't do a lot of tax evasion. Seriously, Look at their yearly report. They will mention everything but tax evasion.
But get his, the IRS can't even utilizing it automatic levy and Substitute Filed Return (SFR) units as those automated processes generate too many inbound calls they can not handle.
This DOM could bring down the IRS peacefully with a simple campaign of non-compliance and bogging down the system with crap. All you need to do is load them up with garbage data. There are ways.
For instance, no one actually has to withhold your taxes for you to be entitled to a refund. Someone could just claim they withheld your wages. Phony 941s, W2 and a fraudulent tax return are all that is needed to pull easy 100k scams one after another. Theft is getting into a different area - but you could undermine employer withholding system pretty easily.
If the IRS was good for America, you know China would have come up with a way to destroy it. But China knows the IRS is asshoe. They want the IRS alive as long as possible as they know it is bad for America.
I have asserted this from day 1, if every Republican refused to pay taxes for one year we'd see the entire Deep State quit and every person who voted Democrat would just die of starvation. But too many Republicans are pussies.
I fully agree. The government is supposed to be for the American people. If the government fails its commitments then it is no longer representitive of the American people. The constitution allows Americans to disregard the government who does not put American interests first. I 100% support not paying income or property taxes anymore to a corrupt foreign government. #whitestrike. #taxstrike

And tax evasion is moral.

Rollover traditional IRAs to Roth IRAs and do not withhold taxes on the event
That will hurt you sooner and later
