Ole Byron Collins daddy is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and spent his career in international IB. Likely was an example of the role described in the book "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man". If you don't know the book I'd highly recommend reading it this summer. Excellent book.

Oh I read it ten years ago. Looking back it was easy to blame our country for it but there’s plenty of bad actors to go around.
