The district attorney is engaging in a political move, plain and simple. This is not about justice. I've heard the same DA claimed just a week or two ago that using a taser on college kids was a use of deadly force. Can't have it both ways, asshole.
Here in VA we just had a pastor arrested for brandishing when five asshats were threatening him and his property. No he has to go to the DA and ask that they remove it from his record. Our white police chief just “resigned” and his replacement... black dude.
