I hope. Put barricades around all centers of commerce first. Then sign the pardon but deploy megaphones in all the ghettos around Atlanta before you do it to prepare for the riots and as the ink is drying on the pardon and announce to all the ghetto residents of Atlanta what hes done. As for the riots, Let it rip. They will burn their own homes down and destroy their local economy since the centers of commerce were barricaded in advance. Arrest and prosecute all the rioters and watch crime fall to the lowest on record and march right into reelection. Then decrease welfare, use the money saved from that to increase police funding. Imprison the rioters and treat them like Gov. Cuomo and have them make hand sanitizer and other nick nacks like gov. Cuomo does to his prisoners. Turn the rioters into economic production machines.

All jokes aside what's happening to this cop is a disgrace.
