Race and identity are foundational to culture. Of course you have overlap.

I would say that higher intelligence among anyone of any race is less prone to the "pull" of culture. The smartest ones manipulate it, critique, and change it. The average ones generally enjoy it and operate in it and the dumbest ones engage in the worst elements of it.

Liberals know they sell garbage to blacks. They know the bell curves of intelligence whether they accept it or not. They benefit from it. Some are genuinely empathtic, but when that empathy in groups dynamics reaches toxic levels, you get moronc statements like, "He didn't deserve to die for sleeping in a car!" and other retarded one-liners that ignore all context.
