Around 0300, all officers were ordered to use the encrypted ITAC channels moving forward. These channels may be used for small or wide area incidents and should be monitored during such multiagency incidents.
Getting zero traffic now, but lots of events are still in question. What is going on in Zone 6 precinct? What about firefighter shifts? Rumors had it there were over 500 calls in the 911 system but were not being answered.
